Current Fulfillment Method: Local Pickup

Rawmon website orders are currently available for local pickup only. Shipping by mail is not offered at this time, and checkout should not display a free or paid shipping option.

Open every day, 10:00 AM–9:00 PM. Holiday or special-event hours may vary.

Before You Visit

• Wait until Rawmon sends a pickup-ready confirmation; an order confirmation alone does not mean the order is ready.
• Bring your order number and identification reasonably requested to confirm the pickup.
• If someone else will collect the order, contact rawmon26@gmail.com before pickup so the authorized person can be documented.
• Inspect the order at pickup and report any missing or incorrect item before leaving when reasonably possible.

Payment

When Square online payments are enabled, customers may pay securely during checkout. If “Pay in store at pickup” is selected, the order is not paid until payment is completed at Rawmon Retail.

Pickup Timing and Unclaimed Orders

Please collect the order within the pickup window stated in the confirmation message. Contact us if you need more time. Rawmon may cancel and restock an unclaimed order after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and the Refund & Returns Policy.

Future Shipping

If Rawmon later enables shipping, shipping destinations, rates, carriers, delivery estimates, and order-problem procedures will be added to this policy before mailed orders are accepted.
