These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Rawmon website and orders placed with Rawmon LLC. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
Store and Customer Eligibility
You must provide accurate, current information and be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. If you use an account, you are responsible for activity under that account and for keeping its credentials secure.
Products, Condition, and Availability
Trading cards and collectibles can vary in condition, packaging, printing, language, edition, and market value. Product photos may be representative unless the listing identifies the exact item. Sealed-product contents, grades, pulls, scarcity, or future value are never guaranteed.
Inventory may be shared with our physical store and synchronized through third-party systems. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted only when Rawmon confirms it and the item remains available. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other legitimate business reasons; any captured payment for a cancelled item will be handled as required.
Prices, Payments, and Tax
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout. When enabled, online card payments are securely processed through Square; eligible customers may also be offered payment at the store for local pickup. You authorize Rawmon and its payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Local Pickup
Website orders are currently offered for pickup at Rawmon Retail, 15024 E Imperial Hwy, La Mirada, CA 90638. Wait for a pickup-ready notice before visiting. Bring the order number and identification reasonably requested to verify the order. Pickup timing, unclaimed orders, and payment-at-pickup orders are governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy.
Final Sales, Order Problems, and Cancellations
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, sales are final. Review the complete Refund & Returns Policy before ordering. Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed once processing begins.
Buy, Sell, and Trade Services
Any online description of Rawmon’s buy, sell, or trade process is informational only. Offers are made after in-person review, may be declined, and may change based on identity verification, ownership concerns, condition, authenticity, demand, and current inventory needs.
Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected content, or use Rawmon branding or site content without permission. All Rawmon names, logos, graphics, copy, and site materials are owned by Rawmon or used with permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Rawmon is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, service interruptions, or changing collectible values. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by applicable United States and California law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
